Ear Works has tested various community solutions over the years. In 2005, we were on Yahoo! Groups and provided support and networking for clients online which was early on in the social networking era. After some time we changed over to Google Groups but the groups idea did not do much for the client - the service and benefit of networking, sharing ideas and resources did not gel. So we moved to GetSatisfaction - an online community support and help service tool to compliment help resources here and as of February 15, 2010, right in EW4. Although we're on Facebook and Twitter now and again to give some additional community engagement to our client community, this new system offers forums, groups, and areas for discussion which takes our free support up a notch. See our support page for an update on how support will be handled starting February 2010.
If you have a Google Groups login ID issued by Ear Works Inc. it will not be active any more. Instead, log into ZenDesk for paid support and GetSatisfaction for free support.
