Projects
- Projects are estimated based on a scope of work that defines the results you will receive for any given project. Generally the hourly rate is less than incidental consulting because Ear Works Inc is guaranteed the work for the duration of the scope of work and you the client has the 10% margin of error guarantee that we will not exceed the costs and don't need to be worried about the hours spent on the work. All work is tracked in an online secure project center that is used for tracking, accountability and communication including task assignments.
Paid Phone Support
To support you better we're also introducing support subscriptions:
- $200/month - 5 urgent tickets included
- $350/month - 10 urgent tickets included
Bundles
Extra office and extra user licenses are discounted 10% when purchased in bundles of 3
Minimum subscription period is 3 months and additional tickets are charged at the regular price.
