Ear Works was introduced at CAA in 2005. It was by far the most comprehensive practice management solution available and has evolved tremendously since. We are now represented in 3 countries and 2 continents and are eagerly working on new solutions for the hearing health care industry. The need for Ear Works software stemmed from frustrated clinical admin practices by founder Markus Hilbert, Au.D., who with the input of many different players from administrators, designers, other clinicians and clients, was able to shape EW4 into what it is today. An audiology practice solution for audiologists by audiologists. Dr. Hilbert has spoken at various events, taught College classes for HIS students and has been involved in the international community in India and Africa on outreach. We believe in principled practice, that there is a reason for doing things a certain way with flexibility to do the same thing in multiple ways. We believe in the paper free office and not being tied down by tasks and chores that should be automated. We believe in simplicity, that in some cases, less is more. We believe that you should love what you do and how you do it. We believe in agile development with fast response times to integrate new features for more efficient use. We believe in software that is intelligent. We believe in spending time with patients not admin. We believe in doing something once and not repeating it. We believe that Ear Works software will change the way you look at practice management.
