Changing one key component of your successful practice may affect other areas you did not consider and that did not appear related. Ear Works Inc. understands change management, and offers a standard practice analysis that audits how things are done now, how things should look according to key internal stakeholders, and how best to achieve the desired result.
We use remote tools to gather the information and report a recommendation back to management in key areas including marketing, process, admin, branding, planning, niche analysis, historical review, demographic analysis, staged plan implementation. You may or may not pursue our software or other custom services and may choose to implement our recommendations on your own or with our help, or not at all.
The practice management product is like an external audit of your EW software or for those that don't use it, a outside review of your processes that generates a recommendation/action report.
We review your process and performance, juxtapose them to management objectives, and any number of key areas such as marketing, patient care, and information management and report back to you our assessment, analysis and recommendations.
If you want us to implement any or all of the recommendations that is a separate contract and we use the VONA approach which refers to visualizing the end result, organizing to achieve it, navigating towards it and adapting once achieved.
Cost for Practice Analysis is $2500 and half of this can be used towards the purchase of any EW4 package. Other discounts cannot be applied in this case.
