what is your refund policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with Ear Works 4 you can request a full refund within 90 days from purchase. No questions asked. more details here


what happens if there are bugs in the system?

Like with any software you may encounter bugs or issues. 
These can be reported on our community site and will be dealt with as soon as possible.
You can always check online the most recent problems reported and follow their resolution.


how do we get support?

The support is free on the community site. This is where everybody can benefit from all the questions and solutions.
If your question is already answered you can find it instantly otherwise you can post a new question or issue and we'll answer it in the shortest time possible.
This way a very dynamic knowledge base is continuously being built.

how often do you update the price lists?

After the release of version 4.2 there will be an online repository with price lists and third party rules.
We're doing our best to update this repository within one week from release.
Your system will update automatically according to your update settings.


what is the price of EW4?

No, there are no on-going costs for running EW4. 
Once purchased, the software is yours to use.

Our free training is designed in two components and was proven the most cost-effective and efficient for both small and large distributed team:

A. Video self-training: perfect for basic training
B. Online meeting with all team members: for system setup, advanced topics, team synchronization and management training.

We are offering paid on-site training as an additional option.
