And processing is much easier since you can copy/paste the info into any item in Ear Works.

A core component in the Ear Works flows is the Receiving Wizard for manufacturer orders.
In Ear Works 4 we've rebuilt this wizard to give a more intuitive and consistent flow during this important procedure.

One limitation in Ear Works 3 was that you could only access one patient file at a time.

Ear Works 4 you can open and work on multiple files at the same time.
Just load them one by one or as a group from a stack and do all the repetitive tasks faster and easier.

Ear Works 3 you could only accomplish this using third party tools that were often complicated or costly.

Ear Works 4 you can save any printout to a PDF file with just one click. All you need is to download and install the Save to PDF add-in from our downloads page.
spell check
One of the most requested features in Ear Works 3 was spelling check.
To help you avoid and correct the most common spelling errors we've integrated
a Spell Check tool right in the core of Ear Works 4.
stacks
A completely new concept in Ear Works 4 is the Stacks.
You can now group multiple files, invoices, notes and so on in a Stack and work on them as a group!
Similar to the file stacks we use to have on our desks, the Ear Works Stacks are a helpful tool to organize your work based on similar actions and procedures.

Ear Works 4 upgrade from Ear Works 3
Pricing is a flat fee based on "additional office" pricing for EW4.
Due to technological changes in the SQL and Access software, only Premium EW4 is available to current EW3 users.
The price to upgrade the main office is $4500 and each additional office is $2500.
GST applies to these prices.
EW3 is no longer available as on November 1, 2008 and supported until June 30, 2009.
