Once you've chosen your package simply send us an order. Then we send you an invoice that you can pay online from the invoice or here at the website.
Then follow these easy steps to get started:
- installation and activation - download, install and its activated
- review learning helps online - view videos, see cheat sheets, read guidelines on our support tools page
- go through the set up wizard for global set up of all major customizations
- go through the company setup for fine-tuning the system to your office
- ensure you’ve set up your products and services in these guides re markup formulas, services offered, etc.
- set up your appointments: types, durations and colors and associated checklists
- set up your daily duties right in the sidebar
- enter your schedule by setting open/close times, locations and right-clicking to set appointments or blocks
- use the recommended use guidelines to see your patients, make your orders and other standard operating procedures
- customize your experience in my earworks with colors, themes, rearrange your file layout of panes and pages
Where to start
Start with the package that fits you best. If in time you need the extra features from the more advanced package all you need to do is upgrade and unlock the new features. Since the upgrade cost is just the difference between the face price of the packages, you can upgrade at anytime without any penalties. The licenses are provided per Office (except the Personal package) and each office comes with unlimited Locations (see licensing details)
