After the original purchase the following are possible maintenance costs the client may incur:
additional user licenses. When you need more people on the server at the same time, you’ll need additional licenses. You can, however, install as many clients as you want as long as the same maximum number of users are on simultaneously.
major upgrades. When a major version is created (like Ear Works 5 versus Ear Works 4), the upgrade is charged on the estimated market value of the added benefits. The major upgrades are optional.
urgent support. If the client requires urgent email support or live support beyond the regular email support, support packages are available for purchase.
additional training. If the client requires additional training beyond the startup training package then training packages are available for purchase.
