An Ear Works 4 technician will require access to your EW4 server(s) to remove the server application.
You will be instructed on how to uninstall the EW4 front-ends from all your workstations.
The guarantee requires the client to be involved in the software integration process using the required procedures and practices that are outlined in the on-boarding project charter. Failure to do so cancels the guarantee. The guarantee is intended for clients who give EW4 a fair shake but simply do not see the usual benefits EW4 offers not those who do not engage their organization in the integration process, or when EW Inc somehow fails the client in the on-boarding process.
