how to create a screenshot

To create a screenshot you'll need to:

1. open a new Word file or a new email message if you're using Outlook

2. go to Ear Works and pull up the situation you want to show us

3. on your keyboard find the Print Screen key (top-right usually), also called PrtScr or something like that. Press this key once. This will take a picture of your screen and put it in the clipboard memory.

4. go to the word document or email and past the image there by one of the methods below:

   a. right-click in the document and choose Paste

   b. click the Edit>Paste menu

   c. press the Ctrl+V key combination

5. If you've been using a Word document please email is to us as attachment otherwise simply send us the email.
