Ear Works 4 and AidFinder will be officially announced at CAA 2008.

All upgrades, new installations and AidFinder registrations will be handled on a first come first served basis.  

• Ear Works 4 users will be notified to arrange custom installations of the upgrade which we will do with you on a first come, first served basis, starting November 1, 2008.
• New Users will be able to arrange for this installation as well, starting November 1, 2008.
• Clinics who wish to join AidFinder and have it available on their websites must register at www.aid-finder.com and will be activated on a first come, first served basis as well.

Costs:

• AidFinder - no charge - $0
• Ear Works 4 upgrade from Ear Works 3 - $2000.00 for main office, $1000 for additional offices, $0 for locations. A $500 coupon sent by mail and available at CAA is available to every clinic with a limit of one per clinic until December 31, 2008. EW3 is no longer available as on November 1, 2008 and supported until June 30, 2009.
• Ear Works 4 new installation license - $7000 for main office and $4000 for each additional office, $500 coupon valid until December 31, 2008. EW4 comes with 2 user licenses so you can install it on as many computers as you like but only 2 people can use it at the same time. Additional simultaneous user licenses cost $300 each.
• Discounts are available for bulk purchases of all licenses. Contact us to find out more about your personal pricing.

Support: 

• Free email support within 10 business days is no charge, arranged phone or online support is charged based on support package selected. Support packages work like cell phone cards - the more you pre-buy the less the overall cost. Support packages are available in $60, $50 and $40 per hour options in bulk.  Support that is not pre-purchased on a plan would be charged at $70 per hour. Full corporate audits are billed according to a pre-arranged SOW (summary of work).
