EWconsulting offers corporate and clinical consulting using in-house and third party specialized consulting services.
Any business or clinical challenge you have or objective you determine can be achieved easier, faster and cheaper so you can get back to what you do best. You are not limited to the kind of consulting you require.
Examples of corporate consulting include business planning, acquisitions assistance, change management and recession management. We have corporate event planning services for larger practices with keynote speakers to motivate and unite your team around central themes of your choice. Other examples of corporate consulting include advisory roles regarding operations, management, leadership, HR/staffing, and can be combined with the EWexpert tool (see below).
Examples of clinical consulting include case or condition research, sales or customer service training, locums, case by case file review for third parties, seeing difficult-to-fit cases. If you need fitting assistance, we can do it remotely. If you need us to represent you professionally to a third party, we can mange that relationship and handle third party representation by acting as your agent in cases where you may not have the required professional on staff. We also do Forensic Audiology interpreting test results in legal matters. You tell us what you want and we will research, plan and execute it to specification.
